Navigating the Path to Adulthood: Supporting Young People Through Challenges and Celebrations.
Growing up is an adventure filled with exciting milestones, unexpected challenges, and moments of celebration. At Progressive Independence, we understand the importance of providing young people with the support and care they need as they navigate their pathway to adulthood.
Here at Progressive, we believe in personalised guidance, life skills training, therapeutic intervention, and educational and employment support to empower young individuals to confidently embrace the journey towards independence.
Join us as we embark on this journey together, supporting and celebrating the growth and achievements of every young person we support.
Shared Homes
Our shared homes provide round-the-clock staffed support, where intensive work is undertaken. This includes the development of a support plan with monthly strategies and outcomes, as well as an independence plan and handbook tailored to each individual. Additionally, bespoke accredited training is offered for Care Leavers.
Monthly reviews are conducted to assess progress, and upon completion of this phase, the Young Person transitions to a solo occupancy accommodation with reduced support
Solo Occupancy
Our solo occupancy accommodations offer a personalized outreach package of support, meticulously tailored to each individual's needs. These packages are reviewed on a monthly basis, gradually reducing support as the young person progresses towards independence.
