Online Training
Available 24/7 on any internet enabled device and on average 45 minutes in length, our online courses are undoubtedly the most flexible and time-efficient training option. Our courses have been designed using 2D and 3D animation to drive engagement and create a unique learning experience. Each course includes real-life scenarios, printable infographics & reflective practice workbooks.
Face-to-Face Training & Workshops
At Progressive Independence, we believe the most powerful learning happens together. That’s why we deliver interactive, face-to-face workshops designed to bring training to life.
Our sessions go beyond theory — staff take part in group discussions, scenario-based activities, and reflective exercises that encourage collaboration and creativity. This hands-on approach helps staff build confidence, apply learning to real situations, and develop shared strategies as a team.
